Handmade 

Every OOAK & made to order piece is hand fabricated by me so please keep in mind that each piece will vary slightly. These variations make your jewelry a unique, one of a kind treasure!

Returns 

I will gladly take returns on any cast, made to order or OOAK piece as long as it is returned within 14 days of delivery & is in its original state. As soon as I receive the returned item, I will issue the refund.

Any custom piece or pieces that have been customized are final sales.

I want you to be 100% happy with your pieces so please always feel free to reach out to me if you have questions or concerns.  

Sizing 

Rings: It is the clients responsibility to know & order the correct size. If you don't know your ring size you can visit a local jeweler, download a template online or contact me for a complimentary "to-go" ring sizer. There is a resizing fee (if applicable) should you order the incorrect size. Please contact me if you have questions.

Necklaces: This chart is will give you a general idea of where chain lengths land. Please keep in mind that all bodies are different & this may not reflect exactly how said chain lengths will fit you personally. I recommend measuring yourself with a piece of string or measuring tape to be accurate.

Cuffs & Bracelets: Measure the circumference of your wrist with a piece of string or measuring tape. Be sure to measure where you want the cuff or bracelet to sit & take into account how tight or lose you want your item to fit.
